教练端：科目三学员考试，参数（StudentNo：学员编号，TeacherNo：教练编号，ExaminResult：考试结果（通过，缺考，不合格，取消）;ErrorItemsCode：考试扣分项目代码集合（格式：二级项目代码1|二级项目代码2[^其他时此说明必填]|二级项目代码3[|....]，应忽略[]）;
